GNOME publishes written work and other art. Find information as to what to submit, how to submit, and when to submit by here.
Submissions for Edition IV will open soon. In the meantime, feel free to submit work. We consider publishing both in-print and online (and both!)
Submissions need not be gnome-themed. We just like work of good quality. We do not accept any AI-generated work whatsoever.
Poetry, essays, commentary, reviews, political work, short stories and the like are all welcome. Generally, we prefer prose under 3000 words in length, but are happy to consider longer submissions. We have no line limit for poetry submissions.
Comics, drawings and the like are welcome as visual art submissions. We print in black-and-white, so art suited to this medium is preferred. Please get in touch with us about cover art submissions, which we are happy to consider.
PDF form or other text formats (e.g. Word) are highly preferred. If submitting poetry, please ensure your poems are formatted as you want them published, particularly in terms of line breaks and stanzas.
